THE AUTHOR
During the pandemic, Kelly Lang found herself with a lot of free time on her hands. She and her husband, T.G. Sheppard, had boxes full of items from their careers stashed away in the garage and decided to go through and organize them. While doing so, she came across scrap papers from her experience battling breast cancer. She was tempted to throw the papers away, but a friend persuaded her to use them to write a book that could inspire others. This seemed like an odd idea as she had been writing songs for years but never a book. Always up for the challenge, Kelly embraced the idea, and in just under 90 days, her first book was complete.
