Kelly Lang wins John Daly Celebrity Poker Tournament
The Terminix Lion's Heart Invitational, a celebrity golf, poker, and music event, hosted by Pro Golfer John Daly, was held October 19th - 20th at the Horseshoe and Grand Casinos in Tunica, MS. Proceeds benefit Porter-Leath Children's Center, Palmer Home for Children, and the John Daly Foundation.
The event featured two days of golf, parties, music and a Celebrity/VIP poker tournament. All of the festivities helped raise more than $200,000 and were filmed by the Golf Channel for a future feature about John Daly (watch Kelly's news page for exact date). Kelly was the big winner of the Celebrity Poker Tournament which was held at Horseshoe Casino.
Coordinated by the John Daly Charitable Foundation, proceeds will benefit the Porter-Leath Children's Center in Memphis, the Palmer Home for Children in Columbus, Miss., and the Collierville-based John Daly Charitable Foundation.
